For a period of time, I took a photo every ten seconds during long-distance train rides. I printed each image, about 3x4cm, onto translucent kozo paper and arranged them in rows and clusters on large wood panels for each journey. From a distance, the images come together to form an abstract impression of the voyage. Up close, the details emerge - everything from architectural styles to subtle seasonal clues. These works reflect how memory functions - like clouds, they overlap, fade, and evolve, constantly shifting.
Dimension: 100x70x4 cm (39x28x1.5 inch) each.
Material: inkjet print, kozo paper, wood, acrylic medium.
